- Study the client’s service or product and its unique selling proposition.
- Review and report on current process and pipeline.
- Review current marketing materials, sales letters and presentations.
- Survey clients and employees to identify and leverage best practices.
- Build prospect list of specific verticals or industry targets.
- Research potential clients through various sources.
- Develop streamlined sales process.
- Create sales letter, email templates, cold calling scripts and presentations.
- Train sales representatives and teams on new process.
- Develop direct mail marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage newsletters.
- Design and update websites.
- Serve as interim Sales and Marketing Director.
Sales Outsourcing
- Cleanse current database and integrate with new prospect list.
- Connect to each prospect an average of eight to twelve times through cold calling, emails and sales letters to set up meetings.
- Attend sales meetings either with or on behalf of the company.
- Schedule follow up after industry events and trade shows.
All service contracts are for a minimum of three months on a retainer and commission basis.
